4 days per week - Evening Walk with Doug
Eating:
Clean eating 7 days per week!
2 cheat meals per week...NO MORE!
Shakeology 1-2 times per day with protein powder
Strive for 1200 calories / 100 grams of protein / low carb
Track my eating with My Fitness Pal app
Coffee & Wine
No more than 2 cups of coffee per day. No sugar!
No more than 2 glasses of wine per night!
No other caffeinated or alcoholic drinks!

And I also like your plan of no more than 2 glasses of wine a night. I mean, at least there are those TWO glasses.
